A Bay Area San Francisco native whose passion for ministry was ignited by a single invitation to a Church service in 2005. That invite transformed his life's trajectory, now, as our lead pastor, he is devoted to preaching the Gospel, reaching the lost and serving the community.

In addition to his role as a spiritual leader, Ray cherishes his family. He has been happily married for 18 years and is the proud father of four children. During his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his loved ones, playing a game of handball, and cruising on his motorcycle.

​

Ray is devoted to assisting our congregation in strengthening their faith and fostering a deeper connection with God. His commitment to guiding and supporting our community on their spiritual journey is unwavering.

Mila Romprey, along with her husband Pastor Ray, co-founded House of Faith Bay Area Church. She plays a vital role in establishing and overseeing ministries within the Church. Mila leads the PINK Ladies Women's Ministry, where her focus is on empowering women to discover their purpose in Christ and lead lives devoted to Jesus. Together with Pastor Ray, they provide steadfast leadership.

Additionally, Mila actively contributes to the Media Ministry, Nursery, and Event Coordination, always striving for a Spirit of Excellence in all her responsibilities.

​

Her greatest happiness stems from being a devoted mother who treasures quality time with her children. When not involved in ministry leadership, she enjoys trying out new recipes, connecting with others, and enjoying all things pink!

Aleda Graham is an active member of the House of Faith (HOF) Bay Area Church. She overseers the Children’s Ministry that comprises our Sprouts (ages 4-7) and Faith Kids (ages 8-11) classes and is also involved in the HOF P.I.N.K. Ladies Fellowship, Manna Ministry, FIT Intercessory Prayer Ministry, and Leadership Team.

She is a faithful servant of God, prayer warrior, spiritual mentor, and a strong woman of God. In 1999, the Lord equipped her as a certified lay biblical counselor and in 2021, she obtained an Associate’s Degree in Christian Studies with Magna Cum Laude honors. Her desire to serve God has allowed the Lord to use her leadership, administrative, preaching, teaching, and generosity to bless the Body of Christ for His glory.
